Preserve Safe Harbor started in 2013 when our founder watched his own family destroyed by predatory creditor tactics. Hospitals, credit card companies, collection agencies. They all weaponized the law. So he decided to flip the script. He built this firm on one principle: clients first, always. We've grown from a solo practice to a 7-person operation handling complex asset protection cases across Romania. We've blocked over $12 million in unlawful creditor claims.
