Legal Case Researcher
Dig into court records, creditor filings, asset data. You'll build cases from the ground up alongside attorneys. Detail-oriented and unfazed by complex documentation. Previous paralegal or legal research background preferred but not required if you're sharp.

You're the first voice clients hear when they're panicking about lawsuits or debts. Phone, email, in-person meetings. Calmness under pressure is non-negotiable. You'll guide people through the process and coordinate between clients and our legal team. Sales background works, but so does customer service — if you're good at it.

Handle creditor disputes, draft protective filings, represent clients in negotiations. 2+ years litigation experience expected. You won't be doing grunt work — you'll lead cases. We need someone who knows this specialty already or is ready to specialize fast. Bar license required, obviously.

Compile filing packages, manage document templates, ensure nothing gets misfiled. Organized. Detail person. You catch mistakes before they become problems. Legal background helpful but not necessary if you're methodical and can manage filing systems without losing your mind.
